Intern: Contacted media outlets with information about upcoming events, contacted people and organizations to help promote events, kept databases, prepared mailings, participated day of events: greeted guests, sold books and other activities.
Vernon Woods Co-Op – Mount Vernon, NY (May – July 2009)
Temporary Assistant Property Manager: Copy edited the co-op newsletter and took photos for the web site. Reorganized files on the residents. Reviewed and created Excel Spread sheets on Co-op campus activity. Answered the phone, filled out work orders for repairs needed in apartment, and wrote letters explaining to tenants. Landgarden Landscape Architects – New York, NY, (September 2006 – February 2007)
Intern: Drew plans based on gardens visited and learned how to highlight the technical aspects of a plan. Helped move offices, kept inventory of their samples, catalogues and issues of Landscape Architecture.
Museum of Art and Design - New York, NY, (May - July 2003)
Intern: Researched and wrote biographies for the collections committee. Web researched potential sponsors’ histories and requirements for the capital campaign and assisted reorganizing the library.
